Should you receive a damaged product please contact (call 1-800-671-9869 /email) the raybaby Customer Support team, within 7 days of receiving the product. We will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving the mail. We may ask for photos/ video of the damage to assess the problem and find a solution.
raybaby offers a 30-day window to use the product. In case you find the product defective, please get in touch with our Customer Support team (call 1-800-671-9869 /email) before the end of this period. We will be in touch with you to assess the problem and find a solution.
Should the decision to refund be made, you will have to bear the cost of shipping raybaby back to us. It must be returned in its original packaging, and with all its original components included. Once we receive the raybaby, we will initiate your refund, which could take 7-14 days. We will refund to the same account used to purchase raybaby. If the account is no longer available, you will be requested to provide an alternate account. Refunds are limited to products bought on the raybaby website only.
